1. Donation Refunds

General Rule: Most donations made to Adivasi Kora Samaj are non-refundable. Since these funds are immediately allocated to our ongoing social projects, we generally do not issue refunds.

Erroneous Donations: If you have made an error in your donation amount or a duplicate transaction has occurred due to a technical glitch, please contact us immediately.

2. Refund Request Process

To request a refund in case of an error, you must email us at adivasikorasamaj2024@gmail.com within 7 days of the transaction.

Your email must include:

Full Name of the Donor.

Date of Donation.

Donation Amount.

Transaction ID/Reference Number.

Reason for the refund request.

3. Review and Approval

Once we receive your request, our team will review the transaction details.

If the refund is approved, it will be processed and credited back to the original payment method (Credit Card, Bank Account, etc.) within 10–15 business days.

4. Unauthorized Use

If you suspect that your credit/debit card or payment method has been used without your authorization to make a donation, please contact your bank or financial institution immediately.
